ohhappydaysignI’ve been feeling sluggish and lazy so in honor of Spring and my upcoming birthday I’m going to take a couple of simple steps to get myself in check.

4/1 – 4/22 Goals:

  • Daily journal of everything I eat
  • No alcohol
  • Drink a minimum of 32 oz. of water per day

The hardest part will obviously be the alcohol, I enjoy a glass of wine in the evening from time to time but I want to ring in MY new year with a clean slate and really it’s only 22 days. I’m not restricting anything else, just holding myself to the journal which I think will automatically make me more conscious of my consumption.

So, April 1, here we go…
